4-H Opportunities and Activities:
Alpacas are great 4-H Projects! An Alpaca may be owned or leased by a 4-H'er, and owned alpacas kept at the 4-H'ers farm/ranch. If available, alpacas my be "borrowed" from the leaders or other farms willing to lend them but kept on leader's farm during 4-H season. A lease agreement should be between the alpaca owner and the 4-H member. Jana has been a 4-H Advisor for 3 years. She began an Always Alpaca 4-H Club in 2010 as 10 4-H'ers wanted to do Alpaca Projects as their main 4-H Projects.

We are a growing group of individuals who have a diverse interest in Alpacas, Rabbits and Food projects. We have found a fantastic support system for 4-H membership. No projest is too large or too small to fit into our group. We are a diverse group who range in age from 9-18. Our members live in Blacklick, Columbus, Newark, Pataskala, Worthington and the surrounding areas. We are welcoming new members for the upcoming year. Hope you can join us!
